looking for a few days short break soon, probably somewhere in the UK, probably South / South West - any recomendations or ideas lads

would prefer a caravan / lodge somewhere and somewhere that allows Dogs, and has a few pubs etc

I can thoroughly recommend here, stayed there for my birthday weekend, dogs allowed to stay too, step daughter liked it so much her wedding booked there next year.

why not take the car, with all the RSOC regalia left over from ND in it, and drive to Venlo for the 2nd Classic Ford Event.
No charge as it's you for a trade stand and the wife can sell all the stuff and sign up new members on the day whilst you can do what you normally do ....
The dog can perform guard duties at the gate!

gj try lowtrow cross at upton adults only site but welcomes pets,nice pub on site with good grub. nice walk around a resevoir with a huge dam with a cafe half way round.

How about Finlake lodges in Devon its a large park with plenty to do and some of the lodges/cabins have hot tubs !! We went in Feb and altho it was bloody cold its was nice in the hot tub.
