New Challenge

Well I have taken the plunge (again) and chucked the ciggys.
Going with the patches again and this is now day 3
So far so good

Putting the money i would otherwise waste on smokes into a jar to go towards my engine rebuild fund

Patches worked for me, smoked for some 15 odd years, was sick of rowking my guts up in the morning so went to see nurse very helpfull. 3 months later no patches and no fags! But did notice when a patch fell off! So insulation taped it on lol! Good luck.

I stopped 21 years ago. The part I found hardest was when I had a drink in one hand and no ciggy in the other, so just make sure you've got a drink in both hands Yeh, save for the new engine and let the rear tyres on your RS do the smoking (rather than you) much better fun. Good luck.

Good luck! I gave up 6 years ago using the patches, stage 3,2 & 1 if i remember rightly got them on the NHS.

Used to have really vivid dreams if you left the patches on at night
