I seem to remember being able to fill the entire tank on my old Mk2 1300 for about £15 back in 1983.

you must have had expensive juice up narf then - 1988 and im sure £10 got me above 3/4 of a tank in the Harrier, and if i was feeling flushed £12 would brim it

but yes noticed the price of a gallon can the other day for refilling the garden strimmer - got to £6.50 and decided to stop ................. still had well over an inch to go to fill it

Yes G, I remember 1991 and filling the yellow mex for £15, running 2.1, grp1 valves, rl1 cam, twin 48's, type9 5 speeder and 3.9 lsd Lasted from the time i went out through to the small hours
