The OLD adage is " Buyer Beware "
SO ,when you have been in business years ,you learn to trust NO ONE!!
Its a pity, but you get sh** on so many times !
Very sad but can also sometimes be very true.
I prefer for people to collect if I am selling anything. That way both parties know they have recieved the goods and more importantly they are exactly what you wanted

Very true there are some right w@nkers out there & ufortunatley you'll find them everywhere including 1 or 2 who use this board.
As one Mexicomark to another, be polite try & resolve any issue, there might be a perfectly good reason your parts haven't arrived.
I did send someone an item once (special delivery) & it never arrived. Even with a tracking number the PO. couldn't find where it had gone. It's value was around £40 & even with going through the correct procedure it took over a month for the PO. to offer me a book of 6 first class stamps as compensation. No mention of the £40 or the postage cost either
I in the mean time resolved the issue directly with the person I was dealing with.
If on the other hand they are p!ssing you around I'd name & shame them.
If the guy is genuine and trying to resolve it, then i wouldnt name and shame, but if they are being a pain in the butt and not helpful, then dont hesitate, name and shame em.
