poor fuel mixture

at my wits end anybody had trouble with fuel mixture on carb.had new standard twin choke webber fitted,fuel pump,leads,plugs,points and condensor changed and checked for air leaks in the system,timming is ok according to the tunning man but i can't richen the mixture on the bloody thing,c.o really low nearly forgot to mention its a mk2 rs 2,gratefull for any help cheers steve

I HOPE SO BOUGHT IT OF THE BURTON STAND AT RS SHOW KENDAL. GOING TO SPEND THE WEEKEND TRYING TO SORT IT OUT.CLUTCHING AT STRAWS ILL SET THE TAPPETS FIT NEW INLET GASKET AND CLEAN CARB HOPEFULLY GET SOME HEADWAY LET YOU KNOW OUTCOME CHEERS MATE
