Private Parking Ticket

got a £80 ticket on friday for parking at chievley services in the coach park area as I overshot the car bit which was well rammed anyway

Have no intention of paying as they are having my pants down plus i did spend money in the services. Have wrote em a letter saying my lad was poorly and needed the bathroom and that was my main concern.

Have any of you guys had owt similar and managed to challenge it successfully or am i peeing in the wind?

Throw the ticket in the bin ,I got a private parking ticket at the start of the year never paid it & haven't heard any more about it

I had one a few years ago when my wife parked in the cinema with one wheel on the white line, they took a pic of it to prove it. But they sent me all the letters saying if I pay up prompt it wont go any further but if I dont it would double etc.
Its all a big con, I sent them a letter back as per the link above and every so often I get a letter from them saying please pay, but I never have.
