I still don't understand why Burton Power aren't happy.

TBH you could start a thread about any supplier and find people who've had bad service, but as of now the OP hasn't posted back to say what Burton's response was to his issue.

Most of the non bodywork bits I'll need to finish my RS2000 resto could be bought from Burton, so I'll be willing to give them a try myself.

I've used Burtons for many years now, mostly for BDA and Xflow engine bits and have been very happy most of the time. But just the odd time they will send heavyish items in a very flimsy cardboard box - it's only by the grace of God that I didn't lose a set of BDA steel caps a week or two ago.

          All the best, Neil.

Bought a fair bit from them over the years, never a problem with parts or delivery and always helpful on the phone

Bought quite a bit from them over time and never had a problem with them. Everything has been very well packed, almost overkill a lot of the time, and always found them very helpful.

Only problem now and then has been trying to open the parcel
