Burton Power Not Happy!

Bought a few bits for my mk1 mex project two door glass seals and badges for boot and bonnet got home tonight to find its arrived open at one end and missing the badges poor packaging it had split! il be on the phone and emailing them

As Mr f and Ruddy, lost count of the number of orders i've had delivered, had a couple of small probs but always resolved without issue, good sign of a good business.

From what you describe it could have been anyone in the postal-services who opened that parcel.

I've ordered parts from Burton for many years and packing is always top.

This is the last site that Burton's need to get negative feed back from!

Tim's invoice problem sounds very poor as there is no excuse and unexeptable!

I would send a photo copy of this to the director with a strongly worded letter explaining your concern, especially with links to the AVO owners club.
There are many other suppliers of Ford tuning equipment so Burtons should keep us enthusiasts happy or we "Walk" else where.
