Brother in law is looking to insure his mk1 mex on a classic, limited mileage insurance policy. Who do you use ?

I just renewed with Kinetic through Adrian Flux. Second year running.

28 Y/O no claims irrelevant as they dont use it on the classic policies, garaged 1979 RS2000, limited 5000miles and an agreed value of £11500. (extra £10 for agreed value) for £228. No increase on last years price.

And the deal maker for me is i can drive ANY other car third party under this policy
