helping me with overheating problems on the way down , feeding us on arrival ,bringing spares and chat n beers over the weekend

i agree John, i seemed to have missed alot of people during the weekend, yet they were there
or were they in avoiding mode
i appologise if i walked passed anyone

top weekend steve, again thanks to all involved, seemed more relaxing enroute than previous years

Great weekend, from the two Mark's in the Mexico(you know the car)
really makes a change than the usual static shows during the year.
A long trip from Southampton, but worth it. Well apart from the wet pillows!!!! must get a longer tent.

Just wish I had an Escort to be able to take part myself... one day hopefully!!

It was great to meet lots of new friendly faces and to put a few faces to forum names. And thanks to everyone that made a purchase or two from my trade stand

The M-Sport visit was a nice bonus - been wanting to get there for ages

Next year can't come soon enough!

I applaud you fellas on a superb weekend.
Both me and my wife enjoyed every minute of it, well i did, she got a bit miffed with the rain on Friday night cos it was her first time in a tent, but she soon forgot about it Saturday.
My mate Nigel (who did the tour last year with me) has now officially lost his seat in my escort to my missus, that is unless i get her a MK2 that shes been on at me for ever since.
As for the other cars there, i really think they added a nice flavor to the event, im a Ford man, but you cannot ignore or dismiss the quality and sheer presence of the Ascona Chevette and TR, Hats off to the Owners of them.
But all things said and done, We cannot thank you guys enough for all the time and trouble you put it to organizing the best event of the year, and i feel privileged to be a part of it.

you know wot they say "time flys when your enjoying yourself" it certainly did for me on the tour weekend. would i change anything ..no not a thing,the only disapointment was i didnt get a pic of the lightning oh how i tried thanks to everyone envolved and a big well done to everybody who made the effort to be there,not that we need asking twice.
