Well, I was with the RAC last year (19) with my Fiesta MK1 1100S and it cost me £819 a year Fully Comp.
However I am now having an engine conversion to a 1800 Zetec and RAC wont insure me so I am with HIC (Herts Insurance Company) for £1,053.
Just call around mate it's all you can do!

If your parents drive get them added as named drivers brings the cost down a bit. Thats what I have done with both my kids and I can borrow their cars then
