I need to take the engine out and strip it before I know exactly.

But, it's not turning at all.........looks like it's siezed ????

SOrry to hear that , have you had some one look at it , take plugs out put some oil down them and give it a rock back and forth in 4 th gear to see if the pistons are moving ? Crank turning ?

Even had the 24mm on the Crank Bolt, not 1mm

Broken piston ring maybe ????

Anyway, she'll have to come out, fingers crossed it's not too much damage as it's a Genuine RS500 (YBD) Block that I'd only just had Long Studded, new Liners etc etc - "Nightmare" !
