Cotswolds advice place to stay needed

Does anyone know of a nice part of the Cotswolds to stay just for Thursday night please?

Looking to stop over on way to France.

Any nice B&B in a nice village location would be good

Looking at a drive Thurs afternoon, and Friday morning before going to Dover. Would like to take in numerous nice villages.

Not so hot on the B&B Aled, but you should visit Lechlade, Burford (via Shilton)
Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury, all very picturesque.

Aled and Dave have just left my house after touring the Cotswolds yesterday and stopping off here overnight....we had a nice few beers and they have now left for Dover....
