Heathrow RS Centre

Has anybody on here had many dealings with the former "Heathrow RS Centre"? One of their ex-cars (owned by the vendors son I understand) is up for sale, but with no history - and I'm intrigued by the circumstances and the story behind the car (a black mk2 that had undergone a long refurb/resto but with some odd changes). Apparantly they closed down the business due to the owner having a terminal illness?
Any info welcome.
