    Why do folk put cars for sale with a few photos and when you ask for more they promise but never send them

      Probably don't want to show all the rust or bodged welding. Ebay is where all the crap is dumped! Its a place like a car boot sale, one step from the landfill

          from my experiance of 30 years in the motortrade them that send emails and want pictures are messers them that call and arrange to come and view might be interested in buying it

              bo llox steve you telling me you will travell 200 miles to see a motor with out seeing a photo of it first. I aint travelling 200 miles to see something thats a shed so i always ask to see photos first and if it looks good then go and see it

                  just tell the seller if its not as described you will not be pleased at wasting your time never mind his waiting in for you to turn up as you wont buy it if its not as described you can usually tell on the phone if he is genuine or not

                    some folks good or ecellent is different to others and i aint travelling 200 miles to see a car thats shit. I have already proved this as a member off this board went to see (what was discribed as a nice car to me on the phone) in shefield and he went to see it, it was a bag of CRAP.
                    Photos do help but as i said thats up to you if you want to waste your time and money

                      Photo;s don:t prove anythink, i bought a Harrier described as mint loads of photos to the point i insured it,cost me £360 one way on the train to get to Kent and it was a bag of crap so i had to pay the same to get home i was bouncing.

                          listen if you are spending the amount of money that i think you are i would deffo want to see it and take somebody else who is in the know i have been in the trade for 30 years but i took smudger with me more than once and if i hadnt i would of bought a ringer as he a lot about escorts than me i went to norfolk leicester london and bought one from bradford which is only 25 miles away yes the first 3 trips was a waste of money but didnt know that till i got there and i had pictures of all the cars

                            chill andy, i see your point but as stephen says if you are serious you really do need to go view. I know it costs money mate but pics can hide a multitude of sins. Yes you'll be ****ed off if its a shed but better that than find out later its a nobbed up ringer.

                              paid a reasonable price for mine as a 'buy it now'on flea bay phoned first seller stated if i didnt want it i could walk away,no prob.as it happens it was better than it looked!.
