Posting pictures

Apologies if this has been covered before.

I want to know how to post pictures in posts. I tried uploading the redslate shortcut in Banishits post but it no longer works.

Would one of you helpful lads put up a, step by step idiots guide for me?

get a photobucket account, they are free

http://photobucket.com/

Once signed up you can up load pics into it, once these are up loaded into photobucket you can then copy a link from the picture and paste it into forum threads / posts.
