Seen this on Sunday and it looked like it was part of Richardsons Sports cars of Rochdale stand.Not really my cup of tea as i prefer a more standard original look,but i can appreciate the amount of work thats gone into it.Cant get over the price tho, £24000.There was a few bits of rust starting to show and not too sure about the strut tops as there was no top plates or vin number showing stamped in plate . Also the boot lid still had holes in from original spoiler and had sellotape over them ,presumably to stop water getting in boot. I might be being a bit picky but £24000 .

To a degree you have a point, but people are commenting on the fact that it is incomprehensible to most people why anyone would modify an "old skool" RS 2000 to make it look as it does now.

You're implying that people commenting on here wouldn't have the bottle to "say it to his face". I'm sure many would, and even if not, so what? This is a forum for discussion, not a "fight club".

I think most people can (and do) appreciate the amount of work involved, they just don't like the result, and have chosen to express that, that's all.

That's the one.

It was'nt a "space framed" front end as it still had the inner wings. They just took the caging tube thru the bulkhead and welded it straight onto the tops of the inner wings.
