I have a set if you want them. They are the proper lap belts that were an option

Dead easy to install. Only took them out as I have to use the 4 point ones for my 2 baby seats. Children of 9 should be ok in a lap belt. Not too sure about a 4 year old. I use a Recaro Start child seat for my daughter which requires a 4 point belt. Most seats will be ok with a lap belt

i used the 3 point rear inertia real belts from a mk2 xr2, just have to open out hole in c pillar plastic cover to access pre tapped hole in c pillar structure, should have pre tapped holes in floor under seat already.
i put them in for my 3 yr olds car seat and have had no probs, even at mot time.
