hi ,i had mri in november revealed bulging discs rubbing on nerve goin down right leg, to cut a long story,surgery 1st week in dec back to work last week .fukcin sore but worth it

Hi Chesney have you thought about trying an osteopath to relieve some of the pain in your leg,I use an osteopath has i suffer from a prolapsed disc lower lumbar hope this helps.
