Well gents all your pi ss taking of Nub about the teething problems when she was been restored as now cost me a sale. A new member on this forum was intrested but as read all your Fuking stupid comments and now as secound thoughts THANKS A BUNCH
    Here is his pm

Do you have some other photos of the finished interior?
    I'd also like more info on the car;
Any idea what power the set up has that your running?
What condition was the car in before you started on it & do you have photos of the build?
I've read that you had a little 'mishap' on the Lakes Tour Was the car badly damaged?
Also you seem to have documented various running problems, are these all sorted now?

Can any one whos knows the car please say what the car it really like
    Many thanks
    Andy

if the fella was put of because the car had a few minor problems after being built and he is worried about that then IMO he wasnt a serious buyer anyway

every car on the road over 12 months old has had issues at some point in its life but as long as its fine when your looking to buy thats all that matters

I doubt he has been put of by comments on here , i feel its more of a back pedal by a messer

i agree with andy! it does not help sell a car mentioning the faults/problems its had!

            Andy, i'm shocked.....

I've never slated you or the car on or off this forum

we've all had "teething problems", you've documented it all and it justifies that youre proud of it with a money no object atitude to rectify all the issues

i love my car and had problems with it (break it, build it better next time) i'm currently off the road with another broken engine (number 7) no.8 is being built......

            i am officially offended!

for once id have to agree with paul,
the car is a lovely example of an ex pack and you have spent alot of time money and effort making it that way.

any genuine serious buyer would fuel up there smoker and get down to have a look at it....

certain members of this board have possibly over stepped the mark with some of the **** taking but im sure it was only meant as banter..
seems to me if this is a genuine enquiery he knew about the lakes incident and has obviously asked around before hand..
what his source hasnt chose to tell him it was quickly repaired on the saturday night, and the body damage was minor..

if he was serious the best thing he could do is get in his car drive to your house and look at it for himself.

Everyone knows its a good car mate.

It will sell when THE right person who is genuinely serious comes along.

Having seen your car at the lakes minutes after your track control arm failed (happen to any car, stayed on the road ) it would definitely not put me off your car.

Your car sat at the show the next day for all to see.

Having seen the pictures of your build i would have no hesitation on recommending your car to anyone i knew looking for a car .NICE ,SOLID,GENUINE,LOW MILEAGE rs2000 and X-PACK into the bargain ,best colour imo

not some std shell thats found a logbook and a cortina engine.

If someone is missing your car because of misplaced banter then thats there loss,i can see where you are coming from though

NUB is a lovely car end of.

dont know what happened at the lakes but nearly all these old cars have been bumped welded engines changed re-shelled painted so to be honest i dont really think he was interested and this comes from my 30 years experiance in the motor trade get it advertised properly and it will sell

if you want to contact the buyer and give him my number he can buy mine second thoughts dont bother as its not original anymore as the radiator was re-cored yesterday
