i told pc world my wife worked for the bbc after they lost lukes new laptop for 3 months, had a new one inside of an hour!

Same thing happened to me on the way home from Lakes last year, broke down 2 miles from Watford services, 45min for recovery to come, 20min to get the car on the back.

took me to Services as i was past 40 miles from destimation, waited 2hrs for another lorry to come and try to get me on theirs, took de-tour to re-fule lorry, then head home.

broke down about 3:00 got home 11:30 at night, bloody knackered (and it was a dodgy fuel pump switch

AA called out can't fix your car its LPG but they fix bloody boilers in their crap adverts !!!
