Has anyone else noticed the Google Ad at the top of the page is showing an ad for the MKI wings ?

I get a page error message if I click on it

It goes to Cleveland Panels but page is not available

Does anyone else get same message ?

Maybe someone connected to the sale of the wings could update the webpage or alter their Google Ad settings
