  • Not ford wheels.............

    but bought an 'As new' set today off a 6 month old car, will be handy as a spare set for the TT , hell they are huge, 10" wide and 18" diameter, was all i could do to carry one at a time,









    Couple of Tape marks / packaging to come off, but well pleased with them

    i should add (for Dave RS1800 and Grum) they will come in handy for getting out of the estate where i live...........

        My £1000 limo Lexus GS300 sport is rolling on 10x18's and they are massive and weigh a ton when you get a punture !!!!! Needed a jack to get the spare out .

        12.4sec to 109mph With NO turbo , NO gay trailer , NO slicks , NO gas , NO race fuel and NO bits missing . Beat that !!!!

          it is amazing just how heavy they are, when the courier brought them in one at a time i thought he was a weakling....................until he handed it to me

            Nice wheels there Mr. Had almost the same ones on my Golf. As said, Weighed a ton. Those look genuine Audi wheels so will actually be lighter than the copies.

                  Makes you think how bad they make the car on fuel , handling etc etc compared to lightweight wheels . Having 20 odd kilos of wheel hanging on each corner is a very bad idea especially as it's unsprung weight . Porsche alloys are Magnesium usually and are very light compared to normal shopper motors etc but then they are proper sports cars i suppose and cost more in the 1st place .
