  • My new kitchen with Indesh*t appliances

    its a rant.

new kitchen 18 months ago. All Indesit appliances. Fan oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.....
Now the fan has packed up in the oven and when i called them they tell me its my fault because I never took out the extended warranty. What warranty, they never offered me one! Now I face a bill of £££s who knows how much for my appliance. If I had a spare few quid I would rip the lot out and get a different brand.
Its not only the failed product, its the poor attitude of the staff at the call center really got my goat.

Sorry for the rant, but I had to tell somebody!!!

I now refer to my appliances as supplied by Indesh*t
Why do we pay others to do a job we did ourselves?

    Ever paid for conveyancing?

      As Brian says

      Repair it yourself

They not rocket science and a camera phone pic helps before you start removing parts

      Plenty of online parts sellers

Even genuine spares are not expensive

What is the model number of the oven ?

      cheeRS

If you didn't want to replace it, why did you break it?
