ive got bt home hub with bt vision it crashed and cannot get thruogh to bt has anyone else's gone off ........ its bloody crap

When mine crashed I turned off every thing at the mains for a few minutes then restarted and let it all go through the reboot procedure

i got rid of the bt vision as it f+c+s with the home hub signal, and you will find you have to replace the home hub every 12 months, never had any probs since.

My Homehub/Internet went off last night aswell, was going to phone them but after checking their status page on my phone decided not to bother as couldn't be arsed going through the bullshit checks they have printed out in front of them.

Problem in north of England & Scotland

ps : Not had many probs with BT service over the 10yrs or so I have been with them, and when there has been issues, they are pretty quick at fixing it.
