As Graham has stated you have to be a member of the rsoc and know the INS and outs of the rsoc , as what cars go in what sections ( lakes tour rsoc 2010)
and surely postings for this must go on rsoc website .
But don't have a prob with it at all mr frost .

Do I detect a little of that ,we, RSE memebers are as far as RSOC membership is concerned ,there are complaints when the RSOC gets a little slagging off on here and even when the Frost One is trying to spread the love and advertise the open position for a Registrar to a greater market and level of expertese in MK2 RS's he still gets stick
