It looks like the shell is a SPL in the midlands.
It as gone through another process, I believe it's called kilning.
This in where they heat up the body shell to a certain temprature, it burns off paint & melts seam sealer & dries out underseal.
So when the shell, which will now look like a burnt out shell goes for dipping or blasting it will be far easier to get it back to bare metal.
