911's kill Escorts on rallys even today in the Historic stuff . Porsche didn't bother with 1970's rally events really and only entered a few cars at certain events . They didn't do a full season of rally events to challenge for rally championships or anything , they won everything going on circuits instead .
A full monty tarmac spec 911 RSR would throw 350+bhp onto the floor and kill anything from the 1970's with ease i'm affarid . They look awesome as well .

Thanks mate . This is what a 1970's 911RSR looks like . They have big foooooook off arches housing extra wide rear wheels , twin plugs per cylinder race engines , lightweight panels , thin glass , no underseal and even thin paint for max weight saving so a serious bit of kit in the 1970's . Bmx 1 1t is coming home
Well seeing as My cortina's Pretty Much finished " Made 175hp at 7100rpm and still have a little bit more fiddling but should deffo see over 180hp now Not bad for a ickle xflow , i sold my M3 Track car and will very soon Have BMX IT back in my Hands Less the HT Racing YB that was in when i had it , but now running 200hp 2.1 Pinto " for a while anyway " to say iam happy is a understatement
Soon to be parked up alongside Me Mk1 tina , My life will be complete
