Stage 1 was 14.15 miles long. 3 crews beat the bogey time of 11 minutes 19 seconds. That equates to an average of over 75 mph on a single track road with passing places IN THE DARK. Absolutely amazing.
Duffy's average for the 146 miles of stages was 69.5 MPH.

Mull Rally was excellent. Pity there was not more Mk I/II' s there though. Duffy was absolutely AWESOME as usual, McGillavray (4th) wasn't bad either. The weather was also amazing. We sat outside in short sleeves at the Bellacroy in Dervaig eating our tea at 6 o'clock watching the sun go down! Mull in October!!
Didn't see any old skool motors there spectating.
