i used to drive for stobarts out of the dartford depot around five years ago, they always gave me the old shite trucks, you spend most of the day waving to stobart spotters on the motorway, used to go up to the depot's on the M1 where all the new trucks and trailers are stored, rows and rows of brand new trucks and trailers, an amazing site indeed

'tis an excellent series this. Those rally trampers are jacks of all trades.
It was 6/7 new trucks a day!!!! Almost hard to comprehend.

yeah, new truck,s are easier to drive these day,s. i have done my share of old one,s too.
i would,nt call it an easy life with the amount of traffic on the roads these day,s and booking times to meet. plus the new digital tachograph,s
are no longer driver friendly and you end up loosing so much time with them especially in traffic, it,s the way there made, the transport industry
                            know,s about this problem.
i don,t mean riunning bent, you just can,t do the work that you could have done with the old anologe type.
if it was easy everyone would want to do it.
