    My moblie phone Nokia 5800 dropped off back of a dumper yesterday into a puddle of water not fully under just the face got wet. I have dryed it out but it will not boot up. Anybody got any ideas or his it fkcu
    Not too bothered about the phone its the numbers and info stored on it.

    plus the photos of my fishing championship last Saturday

    your SIM card should be ok if the phone is knackred - just replace it in a new phone

      sims ok got it in my spare phone

      its the numbers stored on the phone only I want back

              Hi D

              If you can get it to me my local phone repair company has a sonic tank that lifts off any corrosion on the phone and 9 times out of 10 gets it back working perfectly.

              They are an authorised Nokia Service Centre too

              Price is £20 for this service but is worth it for a decent phone. Turnaround is 48 hours

                D. Put mine on the radiator overnight when I dropped mine town the bog As long as it is perfectly dry, It worked again no probs.
