No amount of boxing , bike riding etc will prepare you for a proper game of football as it's soooooooooooooooo knackering when you're over 40 !!!!! We play football every week and we're all 40+ except for the sons who come along thinking they'll show us what's what .
Anyway after a 10 year rest you'll have no skin on the balls of your feet , torn muscles in the legs , arms and back and the wife doing up your shoe laces for a week !!!!! lol
sigpic 2.1 ATMO YB POWER .
Tick tock goes the clock and the clock don't lie .
12.4sec to 109mph With NO turbo , NO gay trailer , NO slicks , NO gas , NO race fuel and NO bits missing . Beat that !!!!

Maybe bring your boots along to the match just incase they need someone.

Johnie, 46? Are you mad LOL. As long as you are fit then it shouldn't be a problem. Greg Lee keeps trying to play at 43 but he is just too fat and knackered so keeps getting injured LOL. I fell to bits the moment I turned 40.
Warm up and cool down afterwards sir
