Anyone got an idiot's guide to rebuilding?

Guys,
I'm looking for a Mk2 Escort Genuine Ford Workshop Manual & Supplementary RS Manual to help me fumble my way through a rebuild. The shell is about to goto the body shop for some fabrication that i could not do and then some paint. So trying to get ready for it's return. Hope someone can help or i might be posting about a thousand times a month!! Can anyone help???

Best bet is to read through one or two of the resto threads, most subjects are covered in there somewhere, ttry and build sub assemblies up, struts with calipers already on, rear axle as a complete unit already on the leaf springs and brake piped up then just lift it all in, engine and gearbox can be built up and sat on xmember with all its ancilleries on and then lifted in from underneath.

They are easy peasy
