I know of a MK2 RS2000 that sits in a barn not far from me. Owned from new by a farmer and his brother`s mother, but apparently she passed away so it just sits there and they won`t sell it. Heard of a few guys been round with an `open ` cheque book but they won`t budge
Shame really as when you see the state of all the old machinery lying about the place you can just picture the rs going the same way

me dad bought a mk1 cortina which had been in a barn for 20 somming years, was pritty mint, and me dads mate bought a mk1 25k one owner lotus mk1 cortina 2 year ago, which was tucked in a old boys garage

Looks like the Valet parking service at Heathrow!

before i got mine its was in a garage for 15 years on axle stands being looked after,then a guy bought it and put it in a field with his horses for nearly a year then i rescued it
