I saved his life by getting off my backside and going to move him.
Went all goo goo, gaa gaa, little baby bird.
Bent down to pick him up and he went clean off it, the little rascal.
Shot his foot out and grabbed peter pointer with his talons and latched on.
I then grabbed him with my other hand and a bit of a stand off occured with neither of us letting go.
In the end I climbed into the cab, shoved him into my coat and after about two minutes he relaxed enough and let go.
Took that picture just as I unwrapped him and let him go free.
Next time I think I'll just bale him up the ungrateful little sod.We're not Brazil, we're Northern IrelandComment
