If caught the person needs something they spent time and money on taken away from them. See how they like it! Maybe there house if they own one, or a nice car. These people are not doing this for fun, it is premeditated and for proffit. I can know what it feels like with two car's going walkies in the past.

I can remember working up country in the early 1990s, staying at a nice B and B in Chester. At this time the RAC rally was on the go and a private team from Ireland were staying in the same place.
They worke up early to start the rally, found that 2 cars handbrake cables were cut and the cars moved so that their Sierra Cosworth could be rolled off its trailer, cutting the steel cables holding it secure.
The thing that most ****ed the team off was the many unpaid hours after work the 2 weeks before, getting the car ready for the rally and not even completing one stage.
