  • A Big Thank You Mr CUSTOM

as you all are aware i keep breaking gearbox casings, after sorting another box (frosty), me and dave spent yesterday (thursday) changing it, well after me cleaning it up 20 years of dirt me thinks(bufty boy must of missed this one) this box went in a treat, as i finished off ,dave was on the carbs (not body building type), any way went to move the car NO GEARS, OH NO A BOX OF NEUTRALS, you could feel nothing, so a phone call to mr frosty to see if we could get another box this was 530pm ish, as me and dave took all apart again, to investigate, frost was on the way to newark to get us a box, we took of the top cover to see if gears are ok, to find a broken cotter pin, that was stopping the gears to be fully engaged, well thats what we put it down to, put back together and back in it goes 7pm comes and goes so we cancell frosty from coming down with spare box fingers crossed 8pm and we try it we have drive in all gears, carry on putting together dave back on the carbs 9pm and we are road testing, and closing up SO TO SUME UP EVERY BOX CHANGE SO FAR HAS BEEN TWICE ask dave nothing ever goes right 1st time, A BIG THANKYOU

Gaz did clean the chair as well

I had used it to rest a cylinder head on whilst I was doing a head gasket on a 0.8 ltr Matiz earlier in the week
