I need help in getting a still photo from a video can it be done if so how please. This is a very important photo needed, its of my brother inlaw 4 children together, the only one he as so help please cheers

Need to know what format the video is in i.e. is it on the camcorder or on the PC? If on the PC, what type of file? i.e. .avi, .wmp, .mov etc etc etc.....Cheers

It was taken with a pod cam if that helps its about 151 meg wmv if that helps cheers
