Will be shite on petrol compared to a diesil (£20 an hour) so depending on how far work is it may cost £100 a week to get there !!!! . The bottom ends are weak and break over 350bhp (on a Dyno-dynamics so 400bhp elsewhere ) but apart from that engines are fine . Try not to do hard standing starts offten or else the transmission will cost a few grand . That blue one looks the nuts though .

Depends what you call quick , a 1000rpm window of diesil turbo power won't be quick compared to a subaru unless they're both towing a caravan at the time .

Timed doing 0-60 in 6.3 seconds at GTi International a good few years ago so no slouch LOL

as already said buy a uk car thats not been pished about with, low mileage, fsh and you'll be fine, or save money and go to the belgravia centre to sort your barnet out
