RARE RS 1800 part

searching through some stuff the other day,came across a piece of history.ive always wanted a 1800 but too many projects its lookin less and less likely.the guy i got it off is quite well known in 1800 circles{only if you have a good memory}.he told me its a factory made ONE off piece,i have never seen another! dont want it to go on ebay,but i know quite a few 1800 owners and dont think it fair to offer it just to one.just post on the board if interested,will put up pics later just going to check with the original owner that its ok to let it go. cheers kev.

well kev, having just spoken to you im dissapointed that this has found its way here...not to mention your thoughts on putting it on ebay, at first i thought it was a wind up, now i know what it is, my thoughts have changed. The item indeed is a rare piece of history for these cars, as a friend i hoped you would of put it one of your collections tbh.
oh well its yours now and you can do whatever you decide i suppose
