im currently having an extension and garage being built at home.so far i have had all my deliveries and site clearance taken over the back fence which is accessed by a public road.BUT the tiny strip of land between the road and my fence(18 inches) is a ransome strip owned by a local builder,who wants the land to finnish his development.he now has got cobby about me going on his land and has asked me to stop. anyone had these sort of dealings?
