    Thats a lot of milage per day,dont forget to take a Banana every day,you know what to do with it,shove it down your shorts to lubricate your a*se and b*lls

                    Well done lad, and a worthy cause

                    My grandad ran the King's Own Royal Border Regiment Army Benevolent Fund from Carlisle Castle for 20+ Years when he retired from the army and he was honoured to get an MBE for his efforts.

                    p.s. you'll be passing my house so drop in for a cuppa

                          thanks to all who have pushed the button so far, stopped at a cafe on one of our training rides today and the cafe owner gave us some cash to put in the pot and gave us all free tea
