I've loved every series of Ashes to Ashes.
Only started watching the second series of Life on Mars but have them on box set, just need time to watch them!
Watched the interviews with the writers/creators of both and they said it would be hard to top Life on Mars as that was a "blokes show" but I think they have done it justice with Ashes to Ashes.
I was an 80s kid anyway, so anything resembling the good old days of my youth is good by me.
Loved the ending and I'm glad that Gene wasn't a baddie in the end. I'd kind of guessed the ending.
Didn't stop me blubbing nearly all the way through.
Top show, Gene Genie is going to be missed a lot in the Wicks household.
Back to shite all on the TV worth watching again!
