Noooo!!! - Exert as we called it is a legendary car. It's always inspired me ever since I sat staring at it under the tree by the river at Chatsworth back in the 80's. I have some photos somewhere...

Stick with it fella, take some time away.

dont be a fanny as for not being 'welcome' at whatever 'show' then to that

if you have passion for the marque then a car show doesnt even come into the equasion

Amen to that!! How many shows have you seen me (and XNU) at??? NONE!! I may go to AVO Day in June, c/w scabby roll tops, holed parcel shelf, massive panel gaps and a definite unwillingness to win any cups!! Once you convince the staus quo you don't care, I feel I may be ok...

i would love to see both yours and lucans cars. I want to see as many mk2's as possible, be them mintballs or snotters, each car has its own story and its own individuality. GET THEM OUT

Consider AVO Day a date then Mr. Chesney. I will be the first to admit I have stayed well away from the 'show' mentality over the past 9 years and just drive my car on occasional Summer Sundays where possible. As long as the thing is mot'able and I can take it for a blat down the Fosse, I'm really quite happy with my lot

I know where you are coming from but no shows for me as cars on grass has got a little boring now after 14 years of dedication to the shows not only that it is the same cars on the same grass so it is getting a little to routine so I am going to have a rest for a while
