i know we all get asked for various sponsorship contributions from time to time, and probably contribute quite a bit over the year.

My Wife, Jaci (a rare visitor to this BB ) is going for a run soon and has asked if i could help out (i said i would drop her off in the car)

anyway, the serious bit is below, it would make her day if she could get some contributions...........

I've decided to up the anti this year and entered the 10k Race for Life!

30th May 2010 - Bute Park, Cardiff

I'm not sure just how much I'll run but I'll give it my best shot and at
the very worst I'll do a 'Quick' walk!
