Firstly a big thankyou to steve, bobby, miles and all the other people who make the lakes weekend happen!!!!!!!!

Secondly a big thankyou to Aled for taking young john round the tour in the big wing

I had a cracking time meeting up with all the lads and meeting new faces good to see our pauline back on form

Saddend by the way in which gerard was treated, the car was DRIVEN before it was cleaned for hours then cleaned again on the sunday before it was presented for concourse. SO driven,cleaned and presented fullstop!!!!

Also thank's to wayne m for spending the time on garys car.

If you took your car to Northern Ireland, driven it round Molls Gap then put it in a driven category at a show it doesn't matter how you took it home. Car was driven, end of. The bloke lives over the sea, only has one set of limbs, how can he drive 3 cars at once. I hope Gerard doesn't stop coming over with his collection as it would be a sad thing for every escort lover. As PNY said, it could of gone into race prepared class, was he not advised about this? or was it just a fumble at the end to 'guess the class'

i have to agree TO A POINT with hally, rules are rules HOWEVER sometimes COMMON SENSE ( you know the sense that, to be fare, isnt very common anymore) must provail. gerard had 3 cars there AND he came from over sea so of coures they could not all be driven over, thats stupid. and he did drive 170ish miles the day before in STW so it was driven, just not stictly to the event. i therefore believe that he should have been entered in modified.

because the rsoc rules were written for a 1 day static show. not a tour.
