Was with Tim taking some photos and at one particular spot 5 cars had a "bit of a moment" with 3 leaving the road .
First one managed to save and continue when regaining the road but 2 others following a few minutes later left the road completely and we had to push back out of the boggy undergrowth .
All 3 minimal damage due to where they came off. Could have been a lot worse for them if there had been Cumbrian stone involved.
      Lucky lucky boys

We then moved on in case we were a bad luck jinx

Wife was taking pictures of the views when we came across Andy.

Fair play to him when you see the skid mark, did well to get to his own side rather than the oncoming side.

My Girlfriends Dad & I were the first one in!! Scary sh*t!!

Went flying through the "this road bites" section, over a crest with you stood either side of the banking, we assumed the road would go straight over the crest!! We went straight, the road didn't!!

Luckily the only damage was bending the front panel when we buried the nose into the road!!

Bought 3 of Steve Jones pictures of the incident, have you got any others?
