now running on 4 pots after a few hours last night, just got new wheels to fit and filters on the carbs...

few hours of jobs and its ready to go.

Well I have no wheels until next weekend, then its 5 days to get them on & get an MOT!

Drove car into winter storage with an MOT, so shouldn't be too hard (famous last words!)

A few of us went to a Classic Ford Show at Leyland last weekend and on the way back I smashed an alloy in a pot hole, but every cloud has a silver lining as whilst I had the wheel off I noticed a fracture in the brake disc.

So new wheel, disc and pads!!!!!!!

i was there aswell i was in the pink coloured mk2 rs 2000 the roads round chorley ar bad at the moment but thay've not put the poll tax up ar you going up to the lakes on friday unk?

Checked a few basics yesterday, lights etc and everything works. The engine even started first time after a six month snooze, unbelievable! Can't wait to go for a cruise / mot next weekend! Anybody else getting oily hands this weekend?
