      Nope never snapped one

      Only changed one because it was worn on the one edge

      What you will find though is you will "blow" alternator bearings if you do track days as the pulle yon the alternator is too small and causes the alt to spin way too fast

      I have modified mine to utilise a water pump pulley on the alternator and problem is solved

      Oh and I also use a modern Ford KA alternator (twin internal fan and more durable bearings) -

        Not used these people but plenty of suppliers out there

        Solent Tools stock a wide range of belts, specialising in Power Tools & Garden Machinery. The 5 Main styles of drive belt are Ribbed, Toothed, Flat, Round & Vee
