After serious consideration I have decided to sell up and move away from the Escort scene. A few things have made my mind up, partly that Michelle is expecting in June and I want to spend as much time as possible with our new baby and concentrate on what are the most important things to me 
.
The other main reason is that I had been trying to keep my latest project a secret, not to cover up any wrong doings, but to hopefully reveal it at the Lakes Tour in May and maybe suprise a few people on this BB
Unfortunately some people who knew about my plans were determined to put up posts on here giving away clues about the car and also telling other people who in turn have also made comments on here even though I asked those who knew to please keep the secret for a short period of time. Unfortunately my wishes were ignored
The car in question was my Signal Green RS2000 that was being restored to (hopefully) a high standard, but with all that has gone on over the past 4-6 weeks I felt enough was enough. I have now sold the shell to be flat fronted and used as a rally car
and all of the other parts have been sold as a job lot to one person who may sell them on or keep them for his own projects.
I would like to say a massive thanks to all the people I have met through Rallye Sport Escorts and especially to those who have helped me with any parts etc. I have needed in the last 5 years. I won't mention names, but without some of the people I have met on here I would never have had as much fun and enjoyment with my RS's.
I will keep in touch with those that I have got to know well via normal methods (phone/text/email) but I will not be posting on this forum from today
I hope to attend some shows this year with the family and will still be coming to The Lakes to see all the cars and my friends.
